Justin Kramer is the Baker Family Assistant Head Coach for Wake Forest football in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He joined the Wake Forest staff on January 21, 2025, after three seasons at Washington State, where he served as director of scouting in 2022 and then as special assistant to the head coach and assistant offensive line coach in 2023 and 2024. In November 2025, Wake Forest named him the Baker Family Assistant Head Coach.
In his first season at Wake Forest, Kramer was part of a staff that led the Demon Deacons to a 9-4 record and a 43-29 win over Mississippi State in the Duke's Mayo Bowl, giving the program its fourth nine-win season. Wake Forest reached eight or more wins for the fifth time in nine years in 2025. The offense scored at least 30 points six times, averaged more than 28 points per game, and produced 27 plays of 30 yards or more, each the program's best mark since 2022. The offensive line showed major improvement, cutting sacks allowed from 42 the previous season to 17 and moving from 125th nationally to the top 20 in FBS. Fa'alili Fa'amoe, George Sell, and Devin Kylany each earned honorable mention All-ACC recognition.
