Julian Sullinger is an assistant coach for the Duquesne University men's basketball program in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, entering his second season after joining the staff in May 2024.
Sullinger came to Duquesne from Kent State, where he spent seven seasons on the men's basketball staff and served as associate head coach in 2023-24. Across his time there, Kent State compiled a 142-83 overall record and went 80-48 in Mid-American Conference play. The Golden Flashes reached three straight MAC Tournament championship games from 2022 through 2024, won the 2023 title, and advanced to the NCAA Tournament that season. Kent State also made postseason appearances in the 2019 CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament and the 2022 The Basketball Classic during his tenure.
