Julian Rowe-Cohen is in his second season with Boston College football in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and his first as assistant general manager after serving one year as director of high school recruiting and player personnel. In his current position, he oversees player evaluation for both high school recruits and transfer portal prospects, while also assisting with revenue-sharing cap management, roster limits, and the scholarship budget. His duties also include work on player contract negotiations, planning prospect visits, and directing the staff's road recruiting strategy while serving as one of the program's on-the-road recruiters.
Before joining Boston College, Rowe-Cohen spent nearly three years with North Carolina football, beginning in March 2022 as assistant director of player personnel and later moving into the director of scouting role. At North Carolina, he supported the coaching staff's recruiting operation by managing high school and transfer portal boards, completing evaluations, gathering prospect information, and assisting with campus visits. He also helped organize coaches' travel and communication plans, contributed to advance opponent and self-scout projects, supervised player personnel interns, and led a weekly scout school. In addition, he directed creative work for the recruiting department.
