Josh Needle is an assistant coach for the University of New Hampshire women's soccer program in Durham, New Hampshire. A former collegiate player at Potsdam State, he joined UNH with 18 years of coaching experience that spans youth, club, women's professional, and men's semi-professional soccer.
Needle has coached players from the U9 through U18 levels and spent seven years coaching in the WPSL before moving into the UPSL. He has been part of Seacoast United since 2009, where his teams have won five state championships, finished as state runner-up five times, and claimed six New England Premiership divisional titles. He was named Seacoast Coach of the Year for the 2020-21 season.
