Josh Larcom serves as Head Diving Coach for Florida International University's Swimming and Diving program in Miami, Florida.
FIU women's swimming and diving head coach Randy Horner announced the hiring of Josh Larcom as Head Diving Coach on May 6, 2022, entering his fifth season in 2026-27. In his fourth season in 2025-26, Larcom guided FIU to a bronze-medal finish in the team diving event at the 2026 American Conference Championships. He also coached three Panthers in Adyson Downey, Kristina Keenan and Ruska Lehtonen to NCAA Zones Qualification.
