Josh Langley serves as Associate Head Coach - Multis & Vaults for Oklahoma State University's Track and Field program in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Langley came to Stillwater from North Carolina, where he was the assistant head coach, specializing in multi-events, javelin and pole vault, as well as throwing events. In the summer of 2023 after seven years with Oklahoma State, Langley was promoted from assistant coach to associate head coach and oversees multis and vaults at OSU.
In Langley’s career, he has had four former athletes compete at the Olympic Games – Ariadni Adamopoulou (Greece, Pole Vault), Ieva Gumbs (Lithuania, Discus Throw), George Kitchens (United States, Long Jump), Sandi Morris (United States, Pole Vault). Langley’s work with the Pokes has redefined what it means for multis athletes and throws events specialists to compete at Oklahoma State. Most recently, Langley coached his first Big 12 champion in the Heptathlon with Annie Molenhouse taking the conference crown with a 200-point victory at the 2025 Big 12 Outdoor Championships. Molenhouse would then go on to earn second team All-America honors in the Hep.
