Jordan Koduah is an assistant coach for the Northeastern University men's soccer program in Boston, Massachusetts, joining the Huskies' staff in 2025. Before arriving at Northeastern, he worked at Oakwood Soccer Club from August 2022 to February 2025 as a player development coach and led several youth teams, including the 2012B NAL and 2015B Pre-MLS Next squads.
Koduah also has a Division I playing background. He played at the University of Hartford from 2018 to 2021 and at the University of Rhode Island from 2021 to 2022. At Rhode Island, he started 30 of 31 games as a graduate student, while at Hartford he made 24 starts across 33 appearances, helped the program record 12 shutouts over three seasons, and was part of the team that reached the 2019 America East championship game. He was also named to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll for posting a GPA above 3.50.
