Before arriving at Gonzaga, Green built a strong coaching résumé with stops at Idaho, Idaho State, and Seattle University. At Idaho, he served as associate head coach and helped lead the program to NCAA Tournament appearances and multiple All-Conference player selections. During his time at Idaho State, he contributed to conference championships and postseason appearances while focusing on guard development and recruiting. A former collegiate player at George Fox University, Green was a team captain and earned NAIA All-American honorable mention honors. He holds degrees in education and athletic administration, and his long-standing commitment to player growth, recruiting, and program development has made him an integral part of Gonzaga’s sustained excellence.
