Jon Reehoorn is the head coach of the Oregon State men’s golf program, a role he has held since 2010. Over more than a decade at the helm, he has elevated the Beavers into consistent national contenders, guiding the program to multiple NCAA Regional appearances and six NCAA Championship berths. Under his leadership, Oregon State has captured numerous team titles and produced standout individual performers who have earned All-America and All-Pac-12 honors. His teams have demonstrated both competitive excellence and academic achievement, regularly earning conference academic recognition while maintaining strong results on the course. Recent seasons have continued that success, with tournament victories, top-five finishes, and individual champions highlighting the program’s steady progress.
Before arriving at Oregon State, Reehoorn built a strong coaching résumé with stops at the University of Idaho and the University of Washington. At Idaho, he served as both associate head coach and head coach, helping the program achieve some of its best conference finishes. During his time at Washington, he contributed to a Pac-10 Championship and a top-three NCAA finish while coaching multiple All-Americans. As a former collegiate golfer at Washington State, Reehoorn was a standout performer, earning All-Pac-10 honors and helping lead his team to the NCAA Championships. Known for his ability to develop talent and build competitive teams, Reehoorn has established a culture of excellence at Oregon State while continuing to advance the program on both the national and conference stages.
