Joey Ashley serves as Assistant Coach for University of Texas at San Antonio's Men's Golf program in San Antonio, Texas.
A coaching veteran for more than a decade in the high school and collegiate ranks, Joey Ashley recently completed his fifth season as assistant coach for the UTSA men's golf program. During his time in San Antonio, the Roadrunners have registered 37 top-10 finishes, including the 2026 Military City Collegiate team title, and combined to earn four all-conference certificates. Off the course, UTSA has been recognized as a Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) All-Academic Team in each of his five seasons with the program.
