Joe Scelfo serves as Run Game Coordinator / Offensive Line Coach for University of Tulsa's Football program in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Scelfo enters his second season with Tulsa Football in 2026. He joined the staff in December of 2024 as the offensive line coach and run game coordinator.
With Scelfo coaching the line, the Tulsa Golden Hurricane o-line helped Dominic Richardson become the 23 rd running back in TU history to rush for over 1,000 yards in a single season. The rushing yards per game were up by over 20 yards per game from the 2024 team as Tulsa averaged 175.5 yards rushing per game in 2025. Tulsa offensive line cleared ways for the backfield to average 4.3 yards per carry in 2025. Besides making holes for the running backs, the offensive line blocked for quarterback Baylor Hayes to set four freshman passing records at Tulsa.
