Joe Savino serves as Pitching Coordinator for Mississippi State University's Baseball program in Starkville, Mississippi. Joe Savino has spent time playing for and also working under head coach Brian O’Connor. Savino served as Virginia’s pitching coordinator during the 2025 season after pitching for the Cavaliers as a graduate student one year prior.
He posted a 3-2 record with a 4.20 ERA with 24 strikeouts across nine appearances (eight starts) and 30 innings during his lone season at UVA.
