Joe Maugeri

Joe Maugeri serves as the Associate Head Coach for the Ramapo College baseball program, playing a key leadership role within one of the NJAC’s most competitive teams. In his position, Maugeri assists with all aspects of the program, including recruiting, player development, practice planning, scouting, and game strategy. Working closely with the head coach and staff, he helps guide the Roadrunners in conference competition and postseason play, supporting a program that has earned multiple NJAC Tournament championships and NCAA Division III Tournament appearances in recent seasons. As Associate Head Coach, Maugeri provides mentorship and leadership to student-athletes both on and off the field, reinforcing the program’s standards of accountability, teamwork, and academic excellence. His responsibilities extend to helping shape the overall culture of the program while developing players’ technical skills and competitive mindset. Through his contributions, Maugeri plays an integral role in sustaining Ramapo baseball’s tradition of success within the NJAC and at the national level.
