Jodie Berry is the associate head coach for the University of Oregon women’s basketball program, where she has been a key member of head coach Kelly Graves’ staff since 2014. Promoted to associate head coach in 2021, Berry plays a central role in post player development, recruiting, and opponent scouting. During her tenure, Oregon has emerged as a national powerhouse, highlighted by multiple NCAA Tournament runs including a Final Four appearance, several Elite Eight finishes, and consecutive conference championships. Berry has been instrumental in developing elite frontcourt talent, coaching multiple WNBA first-round draft picks and All-Americans, while helping sustain Oregon’s consistent presence among the nation’s top programs.
Prior to Oregon, Berry spent over a decade working alongside Graves at Gonzaga, where she rose from director of operations to assistant coach. During that time, the Bulldogs dominated the West Coast Conference and made multiple NCAA Tournament appearances while producing All-Americans and professional players. As a former standout player at Western Washington University, Berry earned all-conference honors and helped lead her team to NCAA Division II success. Known for her expertise in post play and talent development, she has built a reputation as one of the top assistant coaches in women’s college basketball, contributing significantly to the sustained success of the programs she has been part of.
