Jing Hughley is the director of operations for the University of Louisville women's soccer program in Louisville, Kentucky, a position she has held since 2009. Before joining women's soccer, she worked in a support role for Louisville's varsity sports beginning in 2005.
Hughley was a four-year letterwinner for Louisville volleyball and served as the Cardinals' starting setter. She was named the 2000 Conference USA Tournament MVP and earned first-team all-conference honors in 2001. Louisville reached the NCAA Tournament in each of her four seasons, including a Sweet Sixteen appearance in 1998. She finished her career fourth in program history with 4,290 assists and set the school's single-season assist record in both 2000 and 2001.
