Jillian Hampson is a graduate assistant coach for the Central Washington University softball program, currently in her second season with the Wildcats. In her role, she supports the coaching staff in daily operations, including practice planning, player development, and game preparation. Working closely with both position players and pitchers, Hampson contributes to creating a competitive and structured training environment while helping student-athletes adjust to the demands of collegiate softball.
As a graduate assistant, Hampson also plays an integral role behind the scenes, assisting with scouting, video analysis, and administrative responsibilities that help keep the program running efficiently. Her continued presence into a second season reflects her value to the coaching staff and the program’s development. Through her work at Central Washington, she is gaining valuable collegiate coaching experience while helping foster a culture of growth, accountability, and teamwork among the Wildcats.
