Jessica Shepley is an assistant coach for the Oregon State women’s golf program, joining the staff in July 2024 and making an immediate impact in her first season. She played a key role in helping the Beavers extend their streak of NCAA Regional appearances while contributing to a season highlighted by multiple tournament victories and national recognition. Working alongside head coach Dawn Shockley, Shepley supports player development, recruiting, and daily operations, helping maintain the program’s upward trajectory. Her influence was evident in the success of standout players, including All-American Kyra Ly and multiple conference honorees, as Oregon State continued to build on its status as a nationally competitive program.
Prior to Oregon State, Shepley served as the head women’s golf coach at Carson-Newman and held assistant coaching roles at Bethune-Cookman and Lee University, where she contributed to postseason success at the Division II level. Before entering coaching, she enjoyed an accomplished professional playing career spanning eight years, including three seasons on the LPGA Tour and five professional wins across multiple tours. A former standout at the University of Tennessee, Shepley was a decorated collegiate golfer with All-America honors and multiple top finishes in SEC and NCAA competition. Her combination of elite playing experience and coaching expertise provides valuable insight to student-athletes as she continues to help shape Oregon State’s women’s golf program.
