Jessica Nei is an assistant coach for the University of New Hampshire women's soccer team in Durham, New Hampshire, having joined the program in the summer of 2025. Before arriving at New Hampshire, she spent two seasons as associate head coach at Northwestern State, where players she mentored received Southland Conference regular-season and postseason recognition. In her first full year there, the team improved its RPI by 100 places and doubled its goal output.
Nei previously served as associate head coach at North Dakota and was part of a staff that more than doubled the team's overall and conference win totals in her first full season. She also contributed to North Dakota's second Division I conference postseason appearance in 2022. Earlier stops included one season at Wyoming, where she worked primarily with midfielders and goalkeepers, and five years at Toledo from 2015 to 2021 as recruiting coordinator while overseeing defenders and goalkeepers. During her time at Toledo, the Rockets won the 2017 MAC tournament and advanced to the NCAA Tournament, and one of her players later competed in the Olympics and the Women's World Cup.
