Jessica Imhof is the assistant coach and director of scouting for the University of Maryland women's basketball program in College Park, Maryland. She joined Brenda Frese's staff in fall 2020 as director of scouting and player development and was elevated to director of scouting and assistant coach in summer 2023.
Since arriving at Maryland, Imhof has been part of a successful stretch that included 145 wins, the 2021 Big Ten regular-season and tournament championships, four Sweet Sixteen appearances in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2025, and an Elite Eight run in 2023. In her first season on the staff, Maryland went 26-3 overall and 17-1 in conference play after replacing all five starters, led the nation in scoring at 90.8 points per game, and advanced to the Sweet Sixteen. In 2022-23, Maryland integrated nine newcomers, won 28 games, recorded nine victories over ranked opponents, finished second in the Big Ten, and reached the program's first Elite Eight since 2015.
