Jessica Grayson is an assistant coach for the West Virginia University women's basketball program in Morgantown, West Virginia. She joined the Mountaineers' staff on April 14, 2023, and is entering her fourth season with the program.
Since arriving at West Virginia, Grayson has been part of one of the most successful stretches in school history. In 2025-26, the Mountaineers recorded their third consecutive 25-win season, giving the program 78 victories across that three-year span, the best three-year start in school history. West Virginia won its second Big 12 Tournament championship, earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament, advanced to the second round, and finished the season ranked No. 18 nationally after rising as high as No. 11. Jordan Harrison also made a WNBA opening-night roster, marking the second straight season a West Virginia player reached the professional level.
