Jess Genco is an assistant coach for the Villanova University women's basketball program in Villanova, Pennsylvania, and is set to enter her fourth season on the Wildcats' staff in 2025-26.
Before joining Villanova, Genco spent one season as a graduate assistant coach at Boston College, where she supplied defensive game feedback to the head coach, managed scout team and student manager operations, helped coordinate official and unofficial visits, and worked with the communications and ticket offices. She also served as a graduate assistant coach at Northeastern from September 2020 to April 2021, assisting with practice planning, game strategy, guard workouts, recruiting coordination, and academic meetings with student-athletes.
