JerShon Cobb is an assistant coach for the Boston College women's basketball program in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and was hired on April 22, 2026. He joined Boston College after two seasons at Bradley, where the program won 37 games, including a 20-win season in 2025-26. In his first year there, Bradley produced two All-Missouri Valley Conference selections and the league's Newcomer of the Year.
Bradley also stood out on both ends of the floor during Cobb's tenure, leading the Missouri Valley Conference in scoring defense and three-point defense while ranking among the league leaders in three-point shooting and assist-to-turnover ratio. Before Bradley, Cobb spent two seasons as an assistant coach with Loyola Maryland men's basketball under Taravas Hardy. He also coached with the Atlanta Xpress AAU program and served as director of player development for Northwestern men's basketball, with responsibilities that included scouting, game preparation, player development, and academic support.
