Jen Porretto is an assistant coach for the University of Pittsburgh women's lacrosse program in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, joining the Panthers in August 2025 after four seasons at Fairfield.
At Fairfield, Porretto rose to associate head coach and directed the offense. During her time there, the program made four NCAA Tournament appearances, won three MAAC Tournament titles and three MAAC regular-season championships, and produced several major individual honors, including multiple conference offensive player of the year awards, first-team all-conference selections, an honorable mention All-America pick, and several all-region honorees. Fairfield also set a single-season program record with 139 assists in 2025.
