Jenny Allard is the head softball coach at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and enters her third season leading the program in 2026. She was hired on June 19, 2023, as the fourth head coach in Pitt softball history, bringing more than three decades of head coaching experience and a place in the NFCA Hall of Fame's 2022 class.
In her first two seasons at Pitt, Allard guided the Panthers to several notable milestones. In 2025, Pitt reached the ACC Softball Championship for the first time since 2018, recorded wins over nationally ranked Duke and Virginia Tech, and secured the program's first series victory over a ranked opponent by taking a series from the Hokies. She also coached Kylie Griggs to NFCA East Third Team All-Region honors. In 2024, Allard earned her 700th career win when Pitt defeated Akron on April 9, making her one of a small group of active Division I softball coaches to reach that mark.
