Jenna Annecchiarico became an assistant coach for the Hofstra women's basketball program in Hempstead, New York, in June 2026. She arrived at Hofstra after two seasons as a graduate assistant at St. John's, where her work included game and practice video analysis, support for recruiting coordination, and assistance with workouts, skill sessions, and practice planning. She earned a master's degree in sports management from St. John's in 2026.
Before moving into coaching, Annecchiarico built an accomplished college playing career at Charleston and Eastern Michigan. At Charleston, she played from 2021 to 2024 and finished as the program's career leader in assists with 377. She also set the school's single-game assist record with 14 against South Carolina State on December 19, 2023, and totaled 1,004 points, 289 rebounds, and 182 steals in 63 games as the Cougars won 54 games and reached the 2024 WNIT. A three-time All-CAA selection, including first-team honors in 2024, she was also named to the Nancy Lieberman Award Watch List as a senior. Earlier, she appeared in 79 games at Eastern Michigan and recorded 734 points and 262 assists. A Baldwin, New York native, she graduated from Charleston in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in social sciences.
