Jen Lapicki is an assistant softball coach at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland, and entered her third season on the staff in 2026. She arrived at Maryland after three seasons at Fordham, where she served as associate head coach and directed the offense. During her time there, the Rams won a conference tournament championship and reached the NCAA Tournament in 2022.
Before Fordham, Lapicki was the head coach at Holy Cross for five seasons. Her tenure included the program's first Patriot League Tournament appearance in six years, multiple all-league selections, and the Crusaders' best single-season record in nearly a decade in 2019. She also spent one season as head coach of the New Jersey Breakers, overseeing skill development across seven teams and four age groups.
