Jeff Hulsmeyer is the head coach of the Wake Forest volleyball program in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, a position he assumed on Jan. 9, 2025, as the 13th head coach in school history.
Hulsmeyer arrived at Wake Forest after 10 seasons on the Florida State staff from 2015 to 2024. During his time in Tallahassee, the Seminoles posted a 203-90 record and reached the NCAA Tournament in every season the event was held, making nine straight appearances through 2024. Florida State recorded five 20-win seasons during that span, earned 12 All-America honors, produced two ACC Players of the Year and one ACC Rookie of the Year, and had 31 All-ACC selections. His responsibilities included working with setters, recruiting, scouting opponents, and overseeing the team's training program.
