Jeff Graba
Head Coach
Jeff Graba has led Auburn’s gymnastics program since 2010, transforming the Tigers into a national contender during his 15-plus seasons on the Plains. Under his leadership, Auburn has reached new competitive heights, including a Final Four appearance in 2022 and multiple NCAA Regional finals and Sweet Sixteen appearances. Graba has been recognized as SEC Coach of the Year in 2014 and 2015 and SEC Co-Coach of the Year in 2012. He has coached two NCAA individual national champions at Auburn — Derrian Gobourne (vault, 2019) and Sunisa Lee (beam, 2022) — along with multiple SEC individual champions. His athletes have combined for 37 All-America honors and 39 All-SEC recognitions, while the program has enjoyed record-breaking performances across all events.
Beyond competition, Graba has emphasized academic excellence and fan engagement. His teams have earned 80 WCGA Scholastic All-America honors and 174 SEC Academic Honor Roll recognitions. Auburn has also experienced a surge in attendance, highlighted by 30 sellouts at Neville Arena, including 20 consecutive sellouts from 2022–25. A native of Forest Lake, Minnesota, Graba previously served as an assistant coach at Utah, earning West Region Assistant Coach of the Year honors in 2009. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Minnesota and an MBA from Salem International. He and his wife, Bridget, have five children.
