Jedd Fisch is the head football coach at the University of Washington, a position he assumed in January 2024 after a successful tenure at the University of Arizona. Entering his third season with the Huskies in 2026, Fisch has quickly established himself as a transformative leader and innovative offensive mind. In his first year, he guided a restructured roster through significant turnover, extending the program’s home winning streak and earning a postseason bowl appearance. By the 2025 season, Washington showed major progress, finishing 9–4 with a bowl victory and ranking among the nation’s most improved teams in offensive efficiency and defensive performance. His leadership has also translated off the field, with the program setting record-breaking academic marks and producing numerous academic honorees.
Prior to Washington, Fisch revitalized Arizona’s football program, culminating in a 10–3 season in 2023 and a top-15 national finish. His coaching career spans both college football and the NFL, including roles with the New England Patriots, Los Angeles Rams, Michigan, Miami, and several other programs. Known for his work with quarterbacks and offensive systems, Fisch has mentored players at every level and worked alongside some of football’s most respected figures, including Bill Belichick and Steve Spurrier. A graduate of the University of Florida, Fisch combines decades of experience with a forward-thinking approach, positioning Washington for sustained success in the evolving landscape of college football.
