Janelle Silver-Martin serves as Assistant Coach for Florida Gulf Coast University's Women's Basketball (Sport Supervisor: Nicole Neal) program in Fort Myers, Florida.
Janelle Silver-Martin returned to the nest in April of 2025 as an assistant coach under Raina Harmon, coaching the program's guards. Silver-Martin is no stranger to FGCU, having previously served as video coordinator for the Eagles during the 2019-20 season, when the program went 30-3 and captured an ASUN regular-season title before the remainder of the season was canceled due to COVID-19. Most recently, Silver-Martin spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Morgan State, where she was recognized as a WBCA Thirty Coaches Under 30 honoree and selected as a National Basketball Coaches Academy participant in 2024.
