Jamie Reid is an assistant coach for San Diego State men's soccer after joining the Aztecs before the 2026 season from San Jose State. He spent two seasons with the Spartans, helping them reach the conference tournament championship in both years while contributing to recruiting, player development and the program's attacking approach.
At San Jose State, Reid helped recruit and mentor All-WAC performers, including 2024 WAC Offensive Player of the Year Angel Iniguez, and coached players who earned United Soccer Coaches All-Far West Region honors or moved into professional opportunities. He previously served as associate head coach at Cañada College, where he helped guide a regional qualifier, coached All-Americans and Scholar All-Americans, and also worked with De Anza Force SC on the MLS NEXT platform.
