Jamie Darvill
Assistant Coach
Jamie Darvill returned to his alma mater, Loyola University Maryland, and was elevated to assistant coach of the men’s soccer team in April 2020. As a student-athlete from 2007 to 2009, Darvill was one of the top offensive performers in Greyhounds history, accumulating 99 points (36 goals, 27 assists) across 73 appearances. He earned MAAC Offensive Player of the Year honors in 2008 and 2009, and helped Loyola to three straight NCAA Tournament appearances.
Following his collegiate career, Darvill played professionally for several years, including winning a championship with the Baltimore Blast in 2013. He also developed his coaching and player-development credentials at elite academies abroad—working for English clubs Chelsea FC and Liverpool FC’s international academy programs. In his assistant-coach role at Loyola, Darvill applies his international experience, attacking background, and operational know-how to contribute to the team’s strategic, player-development and recruiting efforts.
