Jalen Bean is the video coordinator for Wake Forest men's basketball in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, joining the program ahead of the 2026-27 season. He supports the staff's daily operations on and off the court, with responsibilities that include scouting, film analysis, and social media content.
Bean came to Wake Forest after three seasons at Ole Miss as assistant video coordinator. There, he oversaw the filming of practices, edited game and practice video, managed video equipment purchases and organization, and assisted with scouting, recruiting, and in-game challenges and appeals. He was part of the staff that helped Ole Miss reach the Sweet Sixteen in 2024-25. Before Ole Miss, Bean served as a student assistant coach at Southwest Mississippi State Community College. He earned undergraduate and master's degrees from Ole Miss in Multidisciplinary Studies and Sports Administration.
