Jake Szczecina serves as Director of Operations for Pennsylvania State University's Men's Basketball program in University Park, Pennsylvania.
Jake Szczecina enters his fourth season on staff at Penn State and first season as Director of Basketball Operations in 2026-27 after serving as Video Coordinator with the Nittany Lions from 2023-26. Szczecina came to Penn State from VCU where he served as the video coordinator during the 2022-23 season following a stint as a graduate assistant with the Rams. Szczecina was responsible for recording and coding practices and games, maintaining the basketball analytics database, developing scouting reports and coordinating the team video playbook during his time at VCU.
