Jaime Snyder is the associate head coach and recruiting coordinator for Northeastern women's volleyball in Boston, Massachusetts. She arrived at Northeastern after serving as head coach of both the men's and women's volleyball programs at D'Youville University, where she led the women's team to the first conference championship and first NCAA Division II Tournament appearance in program history. Her D'Youville roster also posted a 3.76 GPA in the fall while meeting a semester academic standard of 3.35 or better. She also handled game-day operations, travel, fundraising, and scheduling for both programs.
Before D'Youville, Snyder spent four years as an assistant coach at Hartford, with responsibilities that included scouting, recruiting, budgeting, and managing the program's social media. She previously worked as a graduate assistant at Smith College from 2017 to 2019 and as an assistant coach at St. John Fisher College from 2015 to 2017. Snyder earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from SUNY Brockport in 2015 and a master's degree in exercise and sport studies from Smith College in 2019.
