Jahari Smith became assistant coach/director of player development for Boston College women's basketball in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, on April 21, 2026.
Smith joined Boston College after three seasons with Bradley women's basketball, where she served as director of player development. At Bradley, her responsibilities included scouting, film analysis, player instruction, and daily program operations. Over that period, the Braves improved each season and finished with a 20-win campaign. Bradley also produced multiple All-Missouri Valley Conference selections and the program's first MVC Newcomer of the Year. The team ranked among the league's best on both ends of the floor, leading the MVC in scoring defense, topping the conference in three-point percentage, and finishing near the top of the league in made three-pointers and assist-to-turnover ratio.
