Jacob Bushue is the volunteer assistant coach for the University of Louisville men's soccer program in Louisville, Kentucky, joining the staff in 2024 after an extensive playing career at the college and professional levels.
A native of Champaign, Illinois, Bushue played at Champaign Centennial High School and for the Chicago Magic before competing at Indiana from 2010 to 2013. He was a four-year starter for the Hoosiers, appearing in 86 matches with 79 starts, and was part of teams that won the 2012 NCAA national championship, the 2010 Big Ten regular-season title, and the 2013 Big Ten Tournament championship.
