Jackson McSherry is in his second season as Director of Football Business Operations for Boston College football in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. He joined Boston College after six seasons with Harvard, where he spent five years as the Crimson's director of operations following an initial stint as a defensive quality control assistant beginning in 2019.
At Harvard, McSherry worked across football operations and recruiting and also supported scouting, game planning, and video analysis. After moving into the director of operations position, he oversaw recruiting coordination, team travel, meals, practice and game-day logistics, and summer camps. Harvard won Ivy League titles in 2023 and 2024 during his time leading those operational efforts.
