Jackie Mullens
Head Coach
Jackie Mullens was named the third head coach in Seton Hall University women’s golf history on August 11, 2025, marking a return to South Orange after previously serving three seasons as an assistant coach from 2018 to 2021. During her earlier tenure with the Pirates, Mullens helped guide the program to one of its most successful stretches, including a runner-up finish at the 2018 BIG EAST Championship, three tournament titles, and the highest national ranking in program history at No. 54. Her influence played a key role in the development of several of the program’s top career performers, helping elevate Seton Hall’s competitive standing within the conference.
Mullens returned to Seton Hall following four years at the University of Delaware, where she coached both the men’s and women’s programs and was promoted to Associate Head Coach in November 2023. At Delaware, she helped lead the Blue Hens to four team tournament victories and five individual medalist honors. In 2024, Delaware captured the CAA Championship and advanced to the NCAA Tournament, with Lilia Henkel claiming the conference’s individual title. A native of Mendham, New Jersey, Mullens was a standout golfer at Rutgers University, graduating in 2016 after competing during the program’s transition to the Big Ten Conference. Her regional ties, competitive background, and proven recruiting and player development experience position her to lead the Pirates into a new era of BIG EAST championship contention.
