Isabel Amezcua has served as assistant coach for the University of Delaware women's golf team in Newark, Delaware, since September 2025. In her first season on the Blue Hens staff, Delaware posted seven top-five finishes, including two runner-up results and team titles at the Lady Blue Hen Invitational and The Nashville Invitational. The program also produced 12 individual top-10 finishes and 42 rounds of even par or better, while Mary Grace Dunigan and Rhianna Gooneratne earned All-CUSA Third Team recognition.
Before joining Delaware, Amezcua spent the 2024-25 season as director of operations for the men's and women's golf programs at NC State, her alma mater. She helped oversee three home tournaments, organized practices and drills, and evaluated player statistics for the coaching staff. Her additional experience includes a 2024 internship with the Carolinas Golf Association, where she assisted with tournament operations and worked as a rules official, and work beginning in 2021 at the Sykes Golf Summer Camp in Raleigh, North Carolina, providing instruction and mentorship to young players.
