Ike Eguae serves as Assistant Defensive Line for Oklahoma State University's Football program in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Eguae was hired as Oklahoma State's assistant defensive line coach in December of 2025. He has been a college defensive line coach since 2009, with stops at Coffeyville Community College, Pittsburg State, Fort Hays State, Stephen F.
Austin, Sam Houston and North Texas. He came to Stillwater from North Texas, where he worked as the defensive tackles coach in 2025. In his lone year at UNT, Eguae was part of a staff that helped improve the Mean Green by nearly 10 points per game in scoring defense, by 90 yards per game in total defense and by more than 100 yards per game in passing defense. Eguae joined the UNT staff after spending the 2024 season coaching interior defensive lineman at Sam Houston.
