Hueston Holder is an assistant coach for the University of Massachusetts Amherst men's swimming and diving program in Amherst, Massachusetts, and joined the staff in October 2025.
In his first season at UMass, the Minutemen placed fourth at their first Missouri Valley Conference Championships with 925.50 points. Under Holder's work with the program, freshman Hudson Bawduniak earned silver in the 100 breaststroke and bronze in the 200 breaststroke, while also setting a school and freshman record in the 100 breaststroke. UMass also established program records in the 200 freestyle relay, 400 freestyle relay, 200 medley relay, and 400 medley relay at the conference meet. Divers Carson Harrington and Alex Kreidler qualified for the 2026 NCAA Zone A Diving Championships. Seven Minutemen received All-MVC recognition, and the team also collected multiple academic honors, including MVC Scholar-Athlete, College Sports Communicators Academic All-District, and CSCAA Scholar All-America recognition.
