Holly Turbill is an assistant coach for the University of Massachusetts Amherst field hockey team in Amherst, Massachusetts, and entered her third season with the Minutewomen in 2025.
Since arriving at UMass in June 2023, Turbill has been part of a staff that oversaw major program success. In 2024, Massachusetts went 17-6, finished 7-0 in Atlantic 10 play, earned its first NCAA Tournament berth since 2016, and advanced to the program's first Final Four since 1992. The staff was named the NFHCA Northeast Coaching Staff of the Year, and Turbill worked closely with an offense that helped produce multiple All-America, all-region, and all-conference honors, including Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Year Elani Sherwood. In her first season, UMass posted a 13-7 record and a 5-2 mark in conference play, finished as runner-up in the Atlantic 10 Championship, and collected 11 All-Atlantic 10 selections along with NFHCA all-region recognition for several players.
