Hollinger contributed to the development of six All-Big Sky players, including the conference’s Co-Offensive MVP, while assisting with defensive organization, player development, scouting, and match preparation.
Prior to Eastern Washington, Hollinger held assistant coaching roles at Oklahoma State and the University of Kentucky, where he focused on defensive units, recruiting strategy, and video analysis. He began his collegiate coaching career as a graduate assistant at The Citadel, where he also earned his MBA. In addition to his college experience, Hollinger has worked extensively in youth and academy soccer, including serving as Academy Director for Commonwealth Soccer Club and as a coach and international liaison with Global Premier Soccer. A former collegiate player at St. Mary’s University (Texas) and Hartwick College, Hollinger was a team captain and earned a degree in International Relations. He also holds a USSF B License, underscoring his commitment to coaching education and player development.
