Harrison Tillman serves as Assistant Coach (Cross Country/Distances) for University of Texas at San Antonio's Track and Field/Cross Country program in San Antonio, Texas.
Tillman enters the 2025-26 season after spending the past two seasons as an assistant coach in a similar role at Meridian Community College, where he helped Privilege Chikara to a 2024 NJCAA Women's Indoor National Championship in the 800m and a seven second personal records. He also saw Nhamoinesu Mabvuka finish third in the 2025 NJCAA Women's Outdoor 5,000-meter. In College Station, he coached the first- and second-place finishers in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the 2023 SEC Outdoor Championships, along with point scorers in five other events (1500-meter, 5,000-meter, and 10,000-meter on the men's side; 10,000m and steeplechase on the women's).
