Hannah Pollart
Assistant Women's Basketball Coach
Hannah Pollart is entering her 10th season on the coaching staff of the women’s basketball program at Colorado Mesa University (CMU), where she serves as the top assistant coach, primarily working with post players and assisting Head Coach Taylor Wagner in all facets of the program. She has been a part of five NCAA Tournament appearances, four regular-season Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) titles and two RMAC Tournament championships during her tenure. The Mavericks under her coaching have maintained a team GPA of 3.2 or higher in every semester of her time on staff.
As a player, Pollart spent one season at CMU (2013-14), averaging 7.2 points and 6.1 rebounds while helping the team reach the South Central Regional championship game. Before transferring, she played two seasons at Northeastern Junior College (Sterling, Colorado), where she earned All-Region IX honors and was an NJCAA Academic All-American. A native of Powell, Wyoming, Pollart earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from CMU. She began her coaching career in May 2016 after serving one season as an assistant coach at Northeastern Junior College, where her duties included recruiting, player development, strength/conditioning and scouting reports. She and her husband, former CMU All-America pitcher Will Dixon, have one son, Owen.
