Hannah Leatiota
Assistant Athletic Trainer/Insurance Coordinator
Hannah Leatiota stepped into her role at Flagler College in May 2021, joining the athletics medicine team as Assistant Athletic Trainer and Insurance Coordinator for the men’s soccer and women’s lacrosse programs. She came to the Ancient City after serving as a sports medicine fellow at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, where she worked with multiple sports including softball, volleyball, tennis and women’s golf, and helped coordinate COVID-19 sentinel testing and return-to-play protocols.
Before Embry-Riddle, Leatiota completed an immersive internship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, working exclusively with their track & field program. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s in athletic training from Eastern Michigan University (2020). While at EMU she served as a student trainer. At Flagler, her responsibilities include delivering athletic training services, injury prevention and rehabilitation, coordinating insurance and medical compliance for student-athletes, and serving as a key support for the Saints’ athletics teams in both day-to-day operations and postseason care.
