Haley Hicklen serves as Head Coach for East Carolina University's Women's Lacrosse program in Greenville, North Carolina.
Haley Hicklen is in her first season as the head coach of the East Carolina lacrosse program, a position she began on May 26, 2026. Hicklen’s hire ends a two-year (2025-26) stint at the University of Florida where she was an assistant coach and defensive coordinator working with the goalkeepers. During her time in Gainesville, the Gators posted a 35-7 cumulative record (10-0 Big 12) which included consecutive Big 12 regular season titles and a pair of NCAA tournament berths, including a national semifinal appearance in 2025.
