Haley Alioto is the Director of Football & Recruiting Operations for the University of Delaware football program in Newark, Delaware. She joined Delaware's staff in August 2022 as assistant manager of football operations and became the first woman to serve as an operations administrator in the program. She was promoted to assistant director of football operations and recruiting in May 2024, then elevated to her current position in October 2025.
Alioto represented Delaware at the NFL's ninth annual Women's Forum in February 2025, an invitation-only event designed to connect women working in college football with NFL and college executives. Before taking a full-time role, she worked as an operations intern for the Blue Hens during her final semester, assisting with recruiting, official visits, team travel, scheduling, and business operations.
