Grace Giancola has served as an assistant coach for the University of Vermont women's lacrosse team in Burlington, Vermont, since 2023. A 2022 Vermont graduate, she returned to the program after a four-year playing career with the Catamounts.
Giancola was a two-year captain and a multiple-time All-America East selection as a player. She helped Vermont win its first America East Championship and scored the clinching goal in the comeback victory over top-seeded UAlbany. In that title game, she scored three times, including the Catamounts' final two goals, and was named the championship's Most Outstanding Player. She also coached with Connecticut Dodgers Lacrosse in 2017 and 2018 and worked with 802 Lacrosse while at Vermont.
